On the 16 January 2024, My family and I visited the Pacific Fair Louis Vuitton store with the intention of purchasing a wallet. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite wandering around the store, we were not greeted by any staff members. Feeling a bit discouraged, I eventually approached the main counter where five staff members were standing. Surprisingly, none of them made eye contact or offered any assistance. I had to actively seek help myself. One of the staff members could be over-heard talking to another staff members about another customers babies, blue eyes.
This lack of attention and poor customer service left a significant impact on our decision-making process. Considering the price range of the wallets we were interested in, which exceeded $1,000, we ultimately decided not to make a purchase. It was disheartening to witness such subpar service at a renowned high-end store like Louis Vuitton.
What made the experience even more disappointing was the fact that my 11-year-old daughter was with me, and it was her first time visiting a Louis Vuitton store. She, too, was taken aback by the unsatisfactory level of service provided.
Overall, our visit to the Pacific Fair Louis Vuitton store was marked by a lack of attention, poor customer service, and ultimately, a decision not to invest in their products.
My first visit to the store and was pleasantly surprised . The service for the whole experience was impeccable. There is a staff assigned to you throughout the store . Mine was friendly, helpful and patient.
The store also had a designer who explained to me the personalised services available.
They allow you to take photos but not videos (I asked). I just wished they served champagne given its festive seasons :)
Will be back for sure . And lesson learnt, book ahead for an appointment so you dont have to wait in the line outside.
Love shopping here. Always have a great experience even when we are just window shopping. They have a great selection of clothing and bags. It's a place to spoil that someone special. I love their fragrances. There is always a unique story behind every piece which I love. Great service which the staff aren't pushy at all and very accommodating. Thank you everyone at the Pacific Fair Store.
alright i tell you what, i went in here expecting amazing customer service, only to be profiled as a thief as soon as i stepped in the store. the worker followed me around breathing down my neck and essentially ushered me out the door, then scoffed at me and walked away. terrible service.
Store appearance is as expected, was disappointed that the shoes I wanted were faulty & 1 shoe was at least 1 size larger on one foot this is unacceptable standards on craftsmanship for this designer brand. I was also told they only stock 1 pair of shoes for each style of shoe 👠🤔 …
It doesn't seem to matter where you go in the world, the staff are rude if you don’t ‘look the part’ and they never seem to have what I want even though its on their website. As expected, a 1/10 for service, product and overall customer experience
The worst LV store I've ever been to. Zero interest in the customer, I asked for help - no one had time, even though there were almost no customers in the store.
Disappointing. Common issue with glazing becoming sticky on handles, the bag is in perfect condition and has hardly been used. LV pacific fair said that the bag needed to be sent to Singapore for handle replacement and I would have to pay $450. No responsibility for workmanship.
